Bill Crofut has asked that his comment be passed on so here it is. Thanks for joining us Bill. BIll is your class planning anything for your celebration at the Jordan Fall Festival?
Dave, It's good to know you're still kickin'. My dad inherited the buildings in the block on S. Main after grampa died. He also ran the meat market next to the Grand Union which was managed by Charlie Deming. To put me in an age group, your sister Kathy and I were classmates. Gee, but that's painful to have to admit! We're celebrating our 50 graduation anniversary this year. Bill

I did not think it was correct when I read that Crofuts had a grocery store, it did not seem right. I remember 3 grocery stores. The A&P, Mr. Bond's Grand Union, and Patterson's Market. I was thinking that Crofut's was a meat market. Looks like my memory was right.
Some sad news to pass along to Bill and the rest of the class of 1959. My sister Kathy died a year ago last November. She had cancer. I have been trying to contact Vidie Polmanteer, is anyone in contact with her? She and I had some great times.
